Unshipped Items Return Policy
- 1 % restocking fee will be charged for unshipped item returns without valid reason within 7 days of the original order being processed.
Shipped Items Return Policy
- For quality or other issues, the Buyer can request a refund or reshipment within 30 days after the end customer has received the item. The reshipment fee will be borne by the Seller.
- After 30 days have passed since the end customer received their order, RMA requests will no longer be accepted aside from quality or logistics related issues.

- Products not purchased through the WholesM Cloud Marketplace
- Products with their own individual warranty policy
- Seller reserves the right to refuse any RMAs applied if RMA fraud is found from the same buyer.
- Special note: Once the RMA is found to be fraudulent, we will reject all the RMAs applied for and will not process them for life
